21st Century Therapy
I'd had a phobia of spiders for as long as I could remember and it effected me every day of my life. If I couldn't see one I would worry my self sick that I might. I decided to take action when my phobia rubbed off on my daughter. Jenn was recommended to me and aftr 1hr 10 mns the phobia was gone! MAGIC!! Thanks.

I like to call my self an unconventional therapist, this fits so much better with my approach. The techniques I use, the information I retrieve and then how I use that information can be very different to that of a conventional therapist.

The Therapists roll
So what's my definition of a therapist, what's a therapists role? Well to me a therapist is someone you go and see if you have a particular issue that you are aware of that is affecting you and possibly others negatively; the therapists role is to help you change the things you want to change.

How I do this is through the use of NLP™ (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Timeline Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy. NLP was born in the 1970's as an effective and rapid form of psychological therapy. With other therapy's much time is spent addressing past times. For some people they feel this completely necessary, they may find some comfort in this process. For others it causes unnecessary turmoil and they wish to deal with the issue without laboriously going over something they are trying so hard to forget.
NLP is more interested in the present state and by using various techniques the unwanted issue is addressed and then a blanket reaction can occur and other issues attached are also addressed...
make sense!? It really is that clever!

The time needed to work with a particular issue is often very quick. For instance a phobia is more often than not no longer an issue by the end of one session.I wish I could explain the magic to you but writing books isn't what I do, at least at the moment!

The term 'Objective Therapy'

I love the term 'objective therapy', some may say it appears a little un-emotive or detached, un-emotive no, detached yes. Being detached from your issue gives you so many more choices and simply enables you to see your issue from an others perspective. The tools used enable you to be completely objective, allowing you to be detached from your issue so you can make rational decisions, without the other stuff that so often gets in the way of your rational thought process.

Take a recent issue you've had, it doesn't have to be anything too big, just something that didn't appear clean cut, something you had to think about or discuss with a friend or family member before you came up with a solution. Did you come up with the solution or was it someone else? The chances are if you discussed your issue with anyone, they would have had an idea of a solution before you, simply because they were looking at it much more objectively.

So when 'you' have an issue and you look at 'your' issue objectively the choices you have seem much more obvious and this in turn often is all that is needed for your solution! By the time you return to the subjective seat the issue has been dealt with. This is something I do with my clients and watching the transformation during a session through using techniques that facilitate this, is so rewarding.

Who comes to see me and for what?

Anyone who feels the need and is serious about change - I could make an extensive list regarding the issues I will work with but I don't work with the issue, I work with the person. No issue is the same as the next so me naming a particular issue would just be naming it for name sake. Your consultation will allow us both to know how successful we are going to be together. There are few things that my style of therapy doesn't work with and there are few people also. If either me or a client were to choose not to work together, it's highly unlikely it would be to do with the issue it's self. I see you as an individual and your issue as what it means to you respectfully.

For those who would like a list of some nature, I'll name a few  issues I've had success with: Stress, phobias, child abuse, limiting beliefs, confidence, weight loss and yet so much more than that. If you have any queries regarding you or your issue, you can phone or email me personally.
