Hypnosis is a very beneficial tool that can be used for many issues. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with other techniques and although this is how I tend to use it, I do have clients who choose to deal with their issues using hypnosis only.
 
Here is a list of 10 common issues that hypnosis treats very successfully and these are FREE for you to download. Each download varies in length, ranging from 20 - 45 mins. All downloads are in full, their content, depth or length has not been compromised to account for them being FREE! They can be put on to a CD upon request for a nominal fee.
 
The issue that may be relevant to you may not be listed below. What is hypnosis?
 
If I was to ask you if you've ever been hypnotised you may say no - well, everyone has experienced hypnosis. If you gaze out of the window on a journey or get lost in a good book, that is a form of hypnosis. The thing is, when we go into a trance like this, rarely do we have control over the quality of the information we are absorbing at an unconscious level, we tend to just wander off until something or someone forces us to snap out of it. During this time we take in loads of subliminal messages, feelings and thoughts and most of the time we are totally unaware we have done so. Meditation is very similar to being hypnotised, if indeed you are experienced and channel your thoughts effectively. So during Hypnosis you are induced into a trance and only useful information is made accessible to you. Using various techniques to experience feelings, visuals and sounds, new experiences are introduced to your unconscious mind and accepted thus helping you take on the desired change. 
 
 
What should I expect?
 
While being hypnotised you'll be guided into a trance, different people describe it differently. My own personal experience of hypnosis has only ever been a pleasant one and I've never hypnotised anyone who has described it as unpleasant. It is a very relaxing experience that can last very little or a long time. Some say they remember everything that was said whilst others say they don't remember much at all.
 
It is very important you're aware you're in complete control at all times, in the case of needing to evacuate a building, you would respond to the alarm the same as you would normally. This is not stage hypnosis and if I were to ask you to do anything that would not fit your ethical or moral code you would reject it and more than likely leave your trance quite abruptly.
 
The benefit of hypnosis is that a deep altered state will easily be achieved; allowing you to experience exceptional relaxation while suggestions, effectively, assist you to change habits and patterns that are having a negative impact in some or even all areas of your life.
